Lone Star State Takes on Washington’s Border Chaos

Texas Rancher Sues Biden-Harris Over Illegal Immigration Flood

Well, folks, it looks like Texas is done playing nice with the feds. While the Biden administration seems content to let our southern border become a revolving door, the Lone Star State is stepping up to the plate. Grab your ten-gallon hats and saddle up, because this showdown is about to get more heated than a jalapeno-eating contest at the state fair.

Rancher and Sheriff Sue Biden Administration

Michael Vickers, a Texas rancher, and Brad Coe, the Kinney County Sheriff, have filed a lawsuit against President Biden, Vice President Harris, and the Department of Homeland Security. The suit alleges that the administration has deliberately weakened border security to increase illegal immigration. This legal action represents a significant escalation in the ongoing battle between Texas and the federal government over border control policies.

“By this time, it is glaringly obvious to all that the Biden administration has deliberately crashed border security in order to flood the country with as many illegal aliens as possible,” – Dale Wilcox.

The lawsuit seeks to compel the federal government to enforce existing immigration laws and protect the rights of American citizens living in border areas. Vickers and Coe claim that the current policies have led to property damage, increased crime, and a strain on local resources.

Texas Takes on Colony Ridge Development

In a separate but related development, Texas is suing Colony Ridge Development for alleged land sales fraud and foreclosure abuse targeting Latino immigrants. The lawsuit accuses the company of engaging in deceptive practices and creating “unjust and outsized harms” to nearby communities.

Federal agencies have also filed civil charges against Colony Ridge for an illegal land sales scheme. The case highlights the complex interplay between immigration, real estate development, and state oversight.

“Among other things, former employees of Colony Ridge have represented that the company instructed them to avoid selling to customers who could speak English or who did not appear to be of Latino or Hispanic heritage” – Texas Attorney General’s office press release.

Paxton Sues Over Border Barrier Destruction

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed yet another lawsuit against the Biden administration, this time targeting the Department of Homeland Security for cutting and destroying Texas’s border concertina wire. The suit alleges that federal agents have been removing the wire to facilitate illegal crossings, damaging Texas property and disrupting border security efforts.

“Texas has the sovereign right to construct border barriers to prevent the entry of illegal aliens,” – Attorney General Ken Paxton

Texas is seeking court injunctions to stop federal actions that interfere with its border security measures. This legal battle underscores the growing tension between state and federal authorities over immigration enforcement and border control.
